WASHING GUIDE
For Silk, Organza, Zari, Embroidery and other delicate or embellished fabrics: Dry clean only. If washing at home, use cold water and a specialized mild saree shampoo.
Cotton & Linen: Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle in cold water with a mild detergent. Wash bright colors separately. Pro Tip: Never wring, twist, or scrub delicate sarees. Press out excess water using a clean towel.
DRYING AND IRONING
Shade Dry: Always dry sarees indoors or in a shaded, well-ventilated area. Direct sunlight fades colors and damages silk fibers.
Flat Drying: Lay heavy sarees flat or drape them evenly over a rod to prevent stretching.
Safe Ironing: Iron on low-to-medium heat. Use a clean cotton pressing cloth between the iron and the saree to protect the fabric and zari.
You may also use steam on a gentle setting to release creases and refresh the fabric.
STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE
Store in soft muslin or cotton bags. Avoid plastic pouches, which trap moisture.
Natural Repellents: Use dried neem leaves or lavender sachets. Do not place naphthalene balls directly on the fabric.
Avoid spraying perfume, deodorant or other fragranced products directly onto the fabric, especially delicate or richly embellished fabrics.
Preserve the craftsmanship: Unfold and refold your sarees every 3 to 4 months along different crease lines to prevent fabric tearing embroidery, Zari and other detailing.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery on all orders with unstitched blouse pieces.
- Stitched/customized items are not eligible.
- Change of mind or personal preference is not accepted.
- Damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with a mandatory continuous unboxing video.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, free from fragrance and have original tags & packaging.

Each saree is handcrafted and slight variations in colour, texture, weave and detailing may occur. These natural variations are a part of the uniqueness and character of the saree. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
Blouse Fit: Our blouses come in standard sizes and are carefully stitched according to the measurements provided. As every individual fit is unique, minor adjustments may occasionally be needed for your preferred fit. We do not offer alteration services at the moment, but these adjustments can easily be arranged with a local tailor.
